How to Turn Intention into Momentum
Hi friend,
Over the last two weeks, we’ve talked about Awareness — “What am I feeling?” and Intention — “What do I want to feel?” This week, we move into Action — “This is how I’m going to do it.” Action doesn’t have to be big or dramatic. In fact, the smaller you start, the better. That’s why I called this week’s message: Tiny Shifts, Big Change — The Art of Taking Aligned Action.
Let’s break it down:
Tiny Shifts:
The smaller you start, the better. If your overall goal is $1,000 a day and you only focus on that, you’ll likely feel defeated when you make $100. But if you start with small, meaningful actions — the $100 feels like momentum.
Last week, we asked: “What value or energy do I want to embody this week?” In my own reflection, I chose Courage, Strength, and Curiosity. So this week, my tiny shifts look like this:
Courage: I’m going to walk up and tell one person about my business.
Strength: I’m going to publish two new Thrive Kits on Etsy.
Curiosity: I’m going to look up a new hiking trail and pick one to explore.
These might look small, but they create big change. That one conversation might connect me to a future client. Those Thrive Kits might reach someone who truly needs them. That hike might spark new ideas or bring deep clarity.
The Art:
This is my favorite part of this week’s message — because it’s not a science; it’s an art. You’re painting your transformation — freehand, no lines, no rules. You get to explore who you are, who you want to become, and what that transformation looks like.
Aligned Actions:
Aligned action is movement that honors your values and your current capacity. It’s not about doing more — it’s about doing what matters most. When we take action that matches our energy, we rebuild something powerful: trust in ourselves. Tiny steps, repeated with intention, become the foundation for lasting transformation.
